Each July, HCUCC highlights Christmas in July for Sylvia’s Children. Sylvia’s Children established and supports the Mustard Seed School in Uganda and has just launched The Community Clinic and Wellness Center. HCUCC members are given the opportunity to participate in a mission trip to Uganda semi-annually. All who have participated found it very rewarding.
HCUCC has been an active participant in the Community Outreach Group (COG) for many years. COG is a nonprofit that provides basic needs assistance to low-income families and individuals in the community, a 501(c)(3) organization. They help people in need by providing clothing, food, housing, and utility assistance to those who may not have the means to provide for themselves and their families. We collect food for the food pantry and dedicate it once per month during our Worship service. Many HCUCC members volunteer with the food pantry.
The Village Foster Closet of Holmdel supports foster families with clothing and supplies. Located in the basement of our Fellowship Hall, it is a unique shopping experience for kids and families, by appointment.

At Girl Scouts, your girl will discover what sparks her curiosity — whether that's butterfly walks, stargazing, launching a rocket, or diving into robotics. This is a local group of concerned citizens who believe passionately in democracy, the United States Constitution and the United States of America. The group evolved from the Greater Red Bank Women’s Initiative, which started in 2017. We believe that a small group of people, when working together, can create change and make a positive impact. This group sponsors postcarding to voters on Monday mornings at Bell Works, and participates in marches and protest rallies.
